Member
of the Geoinformatics Laboratory at the University of Jan Evangelista
Purkyně in Ústí nad Labem. He is specialized in the application of the
geoinformatic technologies for the landscape survey. In the framework of the
Czech National Centre for Egyptology, he prepares geodetical surveying,
prepares cartographic data, applies the Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
and methods of remote survey of the Earth and he uses the GPS for the mapping
of the archaeological monuments, too.
