Guidelines for presentations
1. Presentations cannot be longer than 25 minutes, plus additional 5 minutes for questions. We ask that participants keep this in mind. Session chairpersons will be obliged to interrupt presentations which exceed the said time limit. Following each three presentations there will be a 30 minutes long break with additional space for discussions.
2. The conference hall is equipped with an over-head projector, slide projector and a digital data projector system.
3. To use the digital data projector system, the organizers will provide a PC with Windows and Powerpoint. Personal laptops can be used as well, although to save time the organizers highly recommend using the provided equipment for presentations recorded earlier on CD.
